We have been persisting in geological prospecting as our main business and insisting on serving for chemical mines, and have a group of geological prospecting qualified professional technical personnel team with comprehensive specialties, reasonable structure function and hard-working character. At the present, we have more than 2500 professional technicians in various specialties among them 52 persons with technical title of professorial senior engineer, 1194 with senior engineer title and 743 with engineer title. There are two institutes awarded “the Meritorious Geological Exploration Unit”, 4 people have won “Li Siguang Prize for Field Geological Worker”, and 3 people have won “Youth Geosciences and Technology Award － the Silver Hammer Prize”.
